I promise you if you follow the three golden rules set below you will consistent and slowly over time build and maintain at least 1lb of muscle mass per week. They are:

1. Build the habit of consistently hitting the gym at least three times per week, regardless of ANYTHING!

2. Eat the right kind of food at the right kind of times.

3. And thirdly and possible least important of the three, proper supplementation. I personally only use creatine and whey protein shakes as I find this is all I need, you may be different. Experiment to find what works for you but don't be fooled by glossy advertising campaigns, you do not need SUPER GATOR 2000 or any of the other latest gimmicks to build solid muscle mass. Just follow the 3 golden rules and you will see results!

Secret Simple Recipe For the Best Roast Potatoes Ever!

In this article I am going to share with you my personal recipe for making quite possibly the best roast potatoes ever! Everyone loves a good roast potato, crispy and golden on the outside while soft and fluffy on the inside... ummm... I am salivating just writing about them! There is nothing I love more that inviting my friends and family around for a Sunday roast and this may sound like bragging but I always get the most flattering compliments of my roast potatoes! So lets begin.

Rule 1: Only ever use Maris Piper Potato variety; I have experimented with every type of potato out there and this is by far the ultimate variety. Have a go with other potatoes if you like but i guarantee your friends and family will like the good old Maris Piper the best!

Rule 2: Cook in butter, not margarine or any i can not believe its not butter rubbish. If you really want a good spud then this rule is essential.

Okay so that is the "golden rules" covered lets get into what you need:

Ingredients:

1 Bag of good quality Maris Piper Roast Potatoes
1 packet of salted 100% butter
Some plain white flour
Salt

Equipment:

A large pan of boiling water
a roasting tin
a drainer to drain the spuds after par boiling them
Oven gloves
An oven!

Method:

Begin by peeling the spuds taking extra care to remove any black bits and "eyes". Then place the peeled spuds into a large pan of salted boiling water and boil for approximately 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft on the outside. While you are waiting warm the oven up to 200 degrees Celsius then place a large amount of butter into a roasting dish and heat the dish until the butter has completely melted. Check the potatoes are done and drain off excess water, leave them in the pan and give them a good shake so the outside begins to break and turn into mash. Now sprinkle a nice amount of flour over the spuds and season with salt.

You are now ready to begin roasting! Carefully place the spuds in the heated roasting dish and immediately transfer back to the oven. They will take about an hour until they are crispy golden. Make sure to give them a good turn in the butter every 15 minutes or so. Congratulations you have made some very special roast potatoes indeed. WESD51 Weller Digital Soldering Station - Review

I have been using this soldering station very often for soldering through hole and surface mount components including components in size 1206, 0805, 0603 and SOIC ICs. It is easy to set an accurate temperature on this iron - this is very important when soldering temperature sensitive components. The WESD51 digital soldering station has been designed for industrial manufacturing, but it can also be used for variety other soldering projects,including repair of circuit boards, replacement of electronic components or some soldering projects for hobbyist.

The station comes with a power unit, detachable 50W iron (PES51), iron holder and tip-cleaning sponge, and 3-wire power cord. There is a power on/off switch, power-on LED, and temperature adjusting knob on the power unit. The station has processor control and digital display. The WESD51 Weller soldering station is the digital readout version of the popular analog WES51 soldering station. The unit display shows a "Read" mode by default, which displays the current temperature of the tip. To switch into the "Set" mode, turn the temperature control knob slightly and the display will show the current "Set" temperature. In other words, while adjusting the temperature, the display shows your target temperature and then automatically switches to show the current tip temperature.
